Creatine Monohydrate
The standard supplemental form of creatine and the form used in most human research. Its strongest practical role is supporting strength and training quality, especially when paired with resistance training.

Magnesium Glycinate
A chelated magnesium form bound to glycine. It is commonly chosen for tolerability, but the central issue is still total magnesium intake and whether the person is low.

Omega-3 (EPA/DHA)
EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fats found in fatty fish and algae-based supplements. They are most useful when the person is not eating fish regularly or has clinician-guided lipid or inflammation goals.
